It has been recently renovated and it also has air conditioning and free WiFi. The apartment has no washing machine and no tv.
A small entrance separates it from the condominium staircase. From the entrance you can reach both: the apartment Lamarmora9 and Camera Candida a double room with private bathroom. Camera Candida can be rented with the apartment or separately.

Perfect location near the city center, the train station and free parking lot
It is located in the city center a few steps from the shopping streets, restaurants, bars and about 1 Km from the sea promenade. Free parking is only 500 meters away, but the La Spezia Centrale train station is also close, just 200 meters away. From here, during the touristy season, a train leaves for the Cinque Terre every 20 minutes. The harbour (Molo Italia) is only 1km on foot and from there ferry boats leave for the Cinque Terre, Portovenere and the Palmaria island.
